Koh Lanta, Thailand, Relax Bay. This is an interesting piece. I was mesmerized by the Prussian-blue water with the evening sun shedding a warm orange glow over the water. I thought..."how am I going to do this with watercolor?". After leaving lots of white space and focusing on the cooler colors, I finished it off with an intense/diluted wash of cadmium orange and let it do it's magic.
